Unfortunately I had to reschedule, but Risk Free Serv had no issues with finding a time that worked for me. Mohamad viewed the water damage in the unit and later provided me with an estimate of how much repair would cost. At this point, I haven't had a plumber come out yet to see where the leak was coming from because we were waiting for our HOA to provide us with a plumber. Mohamad suspected that the leak was coming from the upstairs neighboor due to his assessment. He found high moisture readings in the wall tracing upwards. I ended up not going with Risk Free Serv bc my plumber was connected to another remediation company, but I would totally use their services in the future. I am grateful for their great customer service and spot on assessment.

We had water damage in the kitchen including dry walls, flooring and they took care of everything beyond expectations. Mohammad walked us through every steps and answered all our questions. When we found mold after water damages, He helped us to calm down and restored the area. He works well with insurance claims. He and his team handled our difficult tenants as well. Risk Free has and continues to do the most professional work I have seen in water damage remediation. Their prices are incredibly fair and the work speaks for itself.
