Mohamed and Omar were easy to work with, and they obviously care about their clients. Mohamed did the inspection and was a straight shooter with me, clearly laying out the price for each service, a reasonable timeline, and was even able to adjust the quote based on me being able to take care of the demo myself. Their team, led by Scott, we’re professional and friendly. They completed all their work on time and we’re very communicative about the process. I really appreciate the support Omar and his team provided us after we experienced a water leak. They were onsite on a Sunday to provide us equipment to quickly address the leak. His team came by daily to check progress and worked with us to come up with a reasonable plan. I had a major water leak that went through my floors into the garage, and I was understandably very concerned about the risk of mold, especially with the danger of closing up the area too soon before it could fully dry. I reached out to Risk Free and spoke with Mohammad, who took my call immediately. He spent considerable time educating me on what to expect, what to look out for, and how their team operates.

He was realistic, not alarmist, and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. Mohammad clearly explained both aggressive (more costly) and conservative approaches, along with the likelihood of each being successful, so I could make an informed decision.

Despite it being a Friday afternoon, his team was prompt in coming out for an in-person evaluation and quickly began intervention. He even followed up with me over the weekend to address ongoing concerns.

Risk free is an expert company in their industry. We hired them for what we thought was a small issue under our kitchen sink. When they began the remediation it was crystal clear the mold had spread behind our cabinets and under our floor, due to two separate leaks on both ends of the kitchen. Scott and his crew took near 100 photos documenting their work/progress and kept us well informed along the way. They were clean, professional, and provided quality work. Omar did a great job communicating throughout the whole progress to mitigate the shock and stress resulting from discovery of the unexpected extent of the damage. Scott and Omar decided my water leak was something I could take care of with a small snail fan and my dome heater, no mold was present. I caught it in time. I thank you both from the bottom of my heart for being honest and telling me the truth. You didn’t even charge a service call.
